As a Secondary School teacher with over 10 years' experience, I know young people need all the help they can get with how to live well in this frenetic, intense, information-bombing, social-media-frenzied world. Life can be hard for all of us, but when you have no boundaries and no break, it gets really tough. Cue; meditation. Meditation is one of several tools teenagers should have in their armory. It is a great tool and can have profound results. Once learned, meditation can be accessed 24/7 for their entire lives - a superpower or what?
Individual courses: I write the course specifically for the individual's needs following an initial discussion. Meditations may focus on a particular issue or issues of their choice e.g. self-esteem, sleep, anxiety or stress.
