No experience of meditation necessary! You can join this course at any point in your pregnancy, but each course is 6 weeks. You can then sign up to another 6 weeks afterwards. I am not here to tell you how to be pregnant or how to give birth as it is such a personal experience. However, meditation helped me enormously in having happy pregnancies and powerful but calm (as it is possible to be!) labours and birth experiences with both my children.
