This is an amazing course aimed at anyone who wants to improve their relationship with themselves - the most important relationship you will ever have! Sounds corny, sounds crazy, but you don't have to live with trashing and beating yourself up. Yes, meditation can help you learn to care about, accept and even LOVE yourself. Not in a vain, self-centred way, but in a kind and nurturing one. You will learn techniques including mantra, visualisation and positive affirmations; all of which have been shown to increase positivity and self-esteem.
